Crosswalk, Inc. – My Thoughts and Rants

So, as many people know, Crosswalk, Inc. was founded by ex-McData founder Jack McDonnell. Jack had the help of Mark Stratton (currently of BlueArc) and Rob Kelly (whose background includes Pyramid Technologies). I had the pleasure of working at Crosswalk for a couple of years, and was one of the first technical sales resources hired to help push forward the CSM (Crosswalk Storage Manager) product. CSM was a combination of technologies (McData’s SAN Navigator, Tek-Tools Storage Profiler, and CSM which was actually developed at Crosswalk). Anyone can research SAN Navigator or Storage Profiler, there is plenty of information out there about those products, however little is known about the core CSM that was developed during 2004 in Westminster, Colorado.
